Hall's Booking Policy        

  1.  BOOKING REQUESTS NEED TO BE MADE 10 WORKING DAYS OR MORE BEFORE THE REQUIRED DATE OF HIRE  
  2.  BOOKING REQUESTS RECEIVED LESS THAN 10 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE REQUIRED DATE MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED
  3.  THE DOWNLEY MEMORIAL HALL COMMITTEE DOES NOT ACEPT BOOKINGS FOR PARTIES FOR THOSE AGED BETWEEN 13-21 INCLUSIVE
  4.  The Committee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking without giving a reason for the refusal or cancellation
  5.  Until the Signed Hire Agreement has been received by the Booking Manager and full payment made the booking is NOT confirmed

When both the signed Hire Agreement and payment have been received a Confirmation Email will be sent confirming the booking

This may not be instantaneous as we need to match the signed Hire Agreements to the online payments received

So please be patience as we are all unpaid volunteers  Many Thanks

payment alone does not confirm the booking so make sure you return the signed Hire Agreement when making payment
