11 acres of peaceful gardens against the backdrop of an Oxfordshire manor house including deep herbaceous borders and a field turned into a prairie with lovely grasses and a wildflower meadow, all surrounded by farmland. A lake with a planted island, a gazebo and bridges, a grass labyrinth and a dried river bed, an old orchard and partly walled kitchen garden. There are many places to sit and rest while enjoying the surroundings.
