Child Protection Policy

A Child Protection Policy suitable for use by any voluntary or community group in North Lincolnshire is available on request. Child protection is an important issue for any group doing work with children and a policy for the group has become essential to meet the requirements of funding applications and the Charity Commission. Working with the Area Child Protection Committee (ACPC) to compile the policy enabled it to be in line with the Department of Health's 'Working Together to Safeguard Children' document.

The policy meets these needs. It is clear, user friendly and contains the necessary information for anyone working with children, including relevant details of ACPC procedures
