Voluntary Action North Lincolnshire is a Company Limited by Guarantee, Registered in England and Wales, Registered No. 3346067. It is also a Registered Charity, No. 1063019.The registered office address is 41 Frances Street, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire DN15 6NS.
VANL is a CVS, a Registered Charity and Company Limited by Guarantee governed by a Memorandum and Articles of Association adopted on 19th March 1997. The date of Incorporation was 1st April 1997. Its purposes are the advancement of education, the protection of health and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness. These aims are pursued by bringing together voluntary and statutory organisations in Council and by encouraging co-operation between organisations. Board of Trustees
