Scunthorpe & North Lincolnshire Landlords Association

The SNLLA was set up in April 1995, initially by a small group of local landlords, its purpose being to represent landlords in the Scunthorpe and North Lincolnshire region.

The SNLLA formed to provide a landlord forum regarding local and regional concerns that would establish itself as one voice for landlords.

Since the association formed, the SNLLA has formed good working partnerships with local and regional businesses and with the local authority.
By forming these strong working partnerships, and working together rather then against each other, the SNLLA is and has been consulted on matters relating to landlords and tenants on a regular basis.

The SNLLA promotes understanding between landlords and tenants through good practice, providing high standards of housing at reasonable cost to the tenant.

The SNLLA also;

  • work in partnership with the Local Authority to promote the interests of members via meetings with interested statutory service groups and other relevant stakeholders
  • consideration of matters relating to the letting of properties
  • liaise with other relevant associations
  • present the views of the members to Local Authorities and other relevant bodies
  • promote such activities that may benefit the members and safeguard their interests

The SNLLA purpose being to represent landlords in the Scunthorpe and North Lincolnshire region.
