The Rainbow Advice Centre is located in Kingston upon Thames. Originally founded in 1987 to supply free counselling to those with drug and alcohol issues and give a safe refuge for sufferers of domestic abuse, it now provides support to the wider community. The centre's main focuses for community concern are:
- Housing
- Substance abuse
- Education
- Health
