 Paul Twidale

 I have been working in the fitness industry for the last year as a fitness instructor and more recently as an aerobics instructor. I have been doing this for North Lincs council. I have got a background in sport; I have competed for UK athletics and played rugby for North of England. This has helped with my knowledge and I feel that I can use this and help others.

I am looking forward to my new position as Active Ageing Activator. I believe that it will allow me to use my skills to help benefit a number of adults and hopefully lead them into leading a more active lifestyle and possibly increased social life due to the people that they will meet in the group exercise. More importantly I am looking forward to working with my new clients and developing new skills to meet their needs.
