Are available to hire, Acorns Neighbourhood Management, now have two 16 seater minibuses with wheelchair access, available for hire for community use.
Who is eligible to hire the minibus?
- Local charities
- Local community groups
- Local clubs and societies
- Groups & individuals requiring accessible transport
Vehicles cannot be hired by profit making organisation e.g. private residential homes and private schools etc. They can however be hired by associated groups provided they are totally independent of the profit making organisation. Membership is required, £10 per year.
Minibuses can only be hired from members who are Midas trained.
Costs
To hire a minibus for the day:
£40 per day plus 32p per mile
