ACACIA offers support to mothers and their families affected by symptoms associated with pre and post natal depression (PND) across Sutton Coldfield and North Birmingham. Staffed almost entirely by a dedicated team of 25 volunteers, ACACIA currently offers a level one befriending service accessed through weekly post natal support sessions and a telephone listening service

The support sessions are held on Thursday mornings between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon at St John's Church, Walmley Road in Walmley Village.  This is a 'drop-in' service, or referals are received from health visitors, midwives, other NHS staff and relevant statutory or voluntary organisations.

A creche is available for your baby or pre-school children.
